The Setup: Each day takes 10-15 minutes. Some days you'll write. Some days you'll simply notice. Every day, you'll learn something about yourself.
Saving Your Work: Type directly into the fields throughout this document. When you're ready to save, click the green "Save My Progress" button at the bottom right. This downloads a new copy with all your answers saved in it. You can do this as often as you like!

Self-Knowledge
The Stories You Tell Yourself
12 minutes
Today's Intention: Identify one core belief that might not actually be true.
Today's Practice:
Complete this sentence 5 different ways: "I am someone who always ___________"
Then, for each one, ask: Is this actually true, or is it just a story I've been telling myself?
Example: "I am someone who always disappoints people." → Is this TRUE, or have I internalized one or two experiences and made them my identity?
Today's Win: You questioned a belief. That takes courage.
Day 3
Awareness
Your Emotional Patterns
10 minutes
Today's Intention: Notice your feelings without trying to fix them.
Today's Practice:
Set 3 alarms throughout your day (morning, afternoon, evening). When each alarm goes off, pause and check in with yourself. Record your observations below:
Most people go entire days without checking in with their emotions. You're breaking that pattern.
Today's Win: You created space for your feelings.

Truth-Telling
What You're Actually Avoiding
15 minutes
Today's Intention: Get uncomfortably honest about what you're not facing.
Today's Practice:
Answer this question: "What am I avoiding thinking about, talking about, or dealing with?"
Write for 5 minutes without stopping. Let it be messy. Let it be raw. This is for your eyes only.
Avoidance isn't weakness. It's protection. But what was protecting you might now be limiting you. Just notice that.
Today's Win: You faced something hard. That's growth.

Vision
Who Are You Becoming?

Today's Intention: Imagine your future self without censoring what's possible.
Today's Practice:
Describe your life one year from now as if transformation has already happened. Write in present tense. Be specific. Dream big.
This isn't fantasy—it's intention. Your brain needs a vision to move toward.

Compassion
The Inner Critic Gets a Day Off
